We will ship Worldwide. We accept paypal for international orders & Credit Cards for U.S. & Canadian Customers. However please note we cannot ship any Bum Genius products outside of the United States and Military (APO) addresses.
We offer free shipping for any order over $100.00 for U.S. Customers, $200 for Canadian & free shipping does not apply for all other International customers. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees for incoming orders to your specific countries.
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT AND WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY DETERGENT PURCHASES OVER 3LBS. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.
We charge exact shipping for Snappis if you find that the store seems to charge you too much either email us for a quote or let it process and we will refund you for any overage. We only charge exact shipping.
We strive to ship within 24-48 hours however some items we sell ship directly from the manufacturer therefore we have no way to control the shipping time.
We will notify you directly if shipping is to take more then 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a notice advising you of delayed shipping rest assured your order is going out with our normal 24-48 hour shipping time.
If when checking out it says the item is being drop shipped this means either the item is being drop shipped, or is out of stock. Please allow extra time for delivery.

We accept the following payment types from US Customers: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cash, and Paypal NOTE: We DO NOT take checks as a form of payment.
Please note that any transaction returned to us for insufficient funds will result in a $35.00 Charge. We have never had to enforce this rule and we hope we never do. This includes CHARGE BACKS.

Returns & Exchanges
We will accept any diaper or accessory item new condition, unused/unwashed, with intact packaging within 30 days for exchange or store credit. We cannot accept worn or washed diapers as this is a health code violation for our state.
Please e-mail me at email@example.com for a return approval number so that we can process your return swiftly & efficiently. You will need to provide the return approval number and a receipt to return an item. We do not allow cancellation of orders so please make sure you are ready to order when you check out.
Damaged diapers can be returned within 30-60 days depending on the manufacturer's warranty. However many manufacturers have warranties please check with us or the manufacturer for warranty information.
Skin care products cannot be returned as they are final sales due to health codes. If there is problem with your product please email or call us as we want our clients to be 100% happy and we will work hard to do so.
Lastly- Please note on ALL returns and exchanges we will not refund original shipping. If the return is due to our error or damaged product we will handle all return shipping etc and shipping for the replacement product. However, if you are returning due to any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping.
Please note- by purchasing your items from our store you are releasing Modern Natural Baby, LLC and all related individuals and entities of any blame or responsibility related to use of your item and any reaction they may cause.

For International Customers we accept paypal and all credit cards however our merchant provider does not allow credit cards to process from all areas so if your credit card is declined it is probably not you but the processor please use paypal in its firstname.lastname@example.org
